He had the right tools for the job, and finished the work in an hour. Unfortunately, only half the pipes was located before he left. I reached out to him later and explained that I wanted him to locate the pipes to the main city line and felt that the job was left incomplete. It seems there was a misunderstanding or miscommunication, but to my relief, he was able to schedule a time right away and finish the job. That's real service right there.
